Cause for an intermittent misfire on cyclinder no. 4?

I have a 1998 GMC suburban 1500 with 5.7 Vortex engine. My "service engine soon" light came on and the P304 code indicated a misfire on cylinder no. 4 cylinder. I have changed distributor cap, and the plugs and wires twice. The light continues to come on every 50-100 miles and go off for 50-100 miles and comes back on. i do not understand why your shortcuts have to go while you still retain the actual files and documents. i suggest you clone your entire hard hard disk or create a backup in an external hard drive. you can always revert to them once the IT guys are gone. but if you simply need the shortcuts as they are, create a folder on the desktop then copy and paste all the shortcuts into it. get an archiving software like winzip or winrar. if you have one, right click on the folder and select the appropriate option. a zipped folder will be added to the desktop. transfef the zipped folder to a memory device.

How do contempt of court warrants work in Arkansas?

Me and my ex-wife divorced in September of 2008. A part of the divorce agreement was that I had to pay her $100 a month to pay of my half of our credit card debt. I have a huge problem? I need answers?

Today I got in a huge argument with my mom because she believes that my health is going to fail because she thinks that I'm lacking calcium because I don't consume dairy. I am vegetarian and I avoid eggs and dairy whenever I possibly can. Out of the blue, she asks me how much almond milk I drink per day, and I tell her that I drink about a glass a day which is just about one serving which accounts for about 45% of my daily calcium needs. There is more calcium in almond milk than in actual milk and she has the audacity to say to me that she "knows" she is getting her calcium and she "knows" that I am not, but I consume something that gives more calcium. She thinks that calcium comes from no where but milk (and of course my almond milk). I tell her that I eat vegetables, fruit, beans and seeds (and sometimes flaxseed) and those give me lots of calcium. She says "you're still not getting enough". I eat more of these foods than she does plus the almond milk and I don't see why she feels that I'm lacking calcium. Later she notices that my lips were chapped and then she said "I bet that's because you don't drink dairy" and it was the most uneducated thing I have heard her say in my life. How can I go about this? What do I tell her? How can I persuade her that I can easily get the calcium that my body needs without drinking the milk from another animal?

A lump snaking out of lower left ribs?

I am a 25/f. In decent health, par a few things. For over a year I have had near daily chest pain, nothing major most of the time, but sometimes it takes my breath away, always on the left side. I don't suspect it is cardiac related because of normal EKG's and blood work, also paired with the fact that most of the time I can recreate the pain by pressing on my chest. About 8 months ago, I started getting an uncomfortable feeling under my left ribs, it never really goes away and is frankly annoying. A few months ago I noticed a lump snaking out of the last two ribs on the left side. It is not painful, feels kind of like a tube and sits in between and on the lower ribs. I have seen numerous drs, been to the ER more times than I can count. Sometimes the pain in my chest scares me into a panic attack. Now it seems everytime I am in extreme pain they rule it as a panic attack, but I know there is something else going on. I am tired all the time, I started having dizzy moments and moments of confusion. I had a head CT after a severe headache with neck pain and that was normal as well. My husband is starting to think that this is all in my head, and it is scaring the **** out of me. I have an 8 year old son and I am scared that I am not going to be around. The last CT I had done on my abdomen showed nothing of any consequence other than an enlarged bile duct from my galbladder. As I am writing this, I just got a sudden twinge in my head that feels like it is being put into a vice right at my temples. Its like I can feel it pulsating. I take anxiety meds every now and then when I need to, and try to remain calm most of the time, but these ailments are bothering me.

It's so stupid. I lightly injured my toe and had to lay off cheer and PE for a while. Now it's the end of the year, and I missed my PE final which is worth 10% of my grade, and my cheer coach won't let me practice until I get a medical clearance note. Which by the way takes ages to set up an appointment for (minimum of 2 weeks) and school ends in 4 days, while cheer camp is in 9 days, and mandatory cheer practices to learn the dance in-I'm invalid for. Please help. The form is so simple to recreate, an elementary kid can do it. Is it illegal? Should I just do it? Or should I go to urgent care to get it signed even though I'm not hurt? Im losing it seriously?

ive recently been exercising 7 days out of the week with p90x i also recently started eating 5 small meals throught the day but every time i eat i feel this guilt like eee i shouldnt have eaten that i mean its not like im eating unhealthy i try to have 5 fruit servings a day i tend to stay away from meat and sweets and anything high in unhealthy fats usually start my day off with a bowl of oatmeal with some grinded flaxseed and half a grapefruit then for a snack a fruit or protein bar and for lunch just a sandwich with tons of veggies on whole wheat bread and a fruit or salads whenever i dont have bread then before i work out i usually have a pre workout snack either a energy bar(clif bar or nugo) or a fruit bananna or cantaloupe or some raisins or dates i walk around at school usually climbing up the stairs in each hall then make big circles around the school and repeat as many times as i can in between classes and after im done eating at lunch too we usually have 10 mins to get to class when the bell rings but i try to walk around at least for 7 min leaving 3 mins to get to class in class and on the bus and whenever im sitting down i tend to keep tapping my foot and moving them lately ive been getting really stressed i guess you can say about this idk whats happening in my head but i need a solution or a answer or some help also i just ate a bowl of quinoa and some grinded flaxseed sprinkled on top with some tofu mixed in and i made the rest of the container of tofu in mixed it in a blender along with some cocoa mix and eat that to dang i feel like i over eat after my workout =(

I generally just do the "Welcome to your new food!" kinda switch. The occasional dog needs more delicacy and thought, but I have never had one. You can continue the probiotics and enzymes, if you want, but I doubt that they're necessary. I find that the dogs who have issues tend to either be dogs who just aren't "right" digestively (and you have seen no evidence of this) and the dogs who have spent forever and a day eating the exact, same thing (and, this doesn't describe your dog, either). I totally do not believe in the whole "detox" dealie. It is not normal for dogs or any other animal to have problems with variety or new foods... I am guessing that what you had for dinner last night may not have been the same thing you had for dinner the night before, and you are not suffering any horrible effects, right?

Underweight and No Period?

I already know I'm underweight, but I've been underweight all my life and never had any problems with fainting/dizziness, etc. I weigh 80-87 pounds and am 5'4" (might be 5'5"). I'm 14 years old and am often put in high-stress environments due to the type of school I go to (finals this week, yay!). This may seem like an awkward add-on, but I heard I won't get my period if I'm underweight and I haven't had my first one yet, so could my weight be the cause? I'm a vegan, but I do get all the necessary vitamins and minerals. I take a multi-vitamin serving every morning and 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil for Omega-3s. I do exercise by walking for 30 minutes a day and moderate cardio and mild lifting every other day, except weekends. The question is: do I need to gain weight and if so, how would I do it in the best way possible?

I just got my cholesterol checked. at 1st i was freaked out because the total level was 242. than the doctol said that my HDL was 101 which was awesome and anything over 60 was good. My LDL however was 134 and the goal is to be under 130, so he said its not so bad. So the question i have is a 134 LDL really bad given that I have such a high HDL level, and if so what can i do. My diet is very clean. 5 days a week ill take in about 2500 calories with 30 percent from good fats(flaxseed oil and almonds),30 percent protein, and 40 percent complex carbs. My dogs having issues switching to raw?

I'm switching my 8 month old 7.4 lb dog to a commercial raw food called Paw Naturaw grass-fed organic bison diet. She was eating By Nature Organics canned food before, and most recently a homemade 2/3 boiled organic chicken 1/3 pureed organic veggie/fruit diet to bridge the gap between her last case of BN and the Paw Naturaw getting here. I tried switching her cold-turkey, and that led to the runs. I cleared it up using Earth's Best pumpkin baby food and had another go at it, this time gradually increasing the amount of bison mixed with her chicken and veggies. She had a couple solid poops and was fine for a couple days, but than last night she threw up a couple times but otherwise seemed fine. I had just gotten her up to a half and half mix. I give Flying Basset Organics probiotics daily as a preventative, and there are Flying Basset Organics digestive enzymes blended into her veggies. She also gets 1/3 tsp wild alaskan salmon oil daily, along with Organic Pet Superfood Immunity (a dried mushroom mix) I kept all of that the same. What else can I do to help her? Question: Mixing Fish Oil With Flaxseed Oil suppliments?

Regarding the fish oil, make sure it is enteric coated. I would try it once after a meal. Judge how you feel. You don't want to have a tummy ache for several hours yet be away from the house. Ground flaxseed can be added to just about any meal. Both have the purpose of supplementing Omega 3's you could get from eating more ocean caught fish or seafood. So, there is no point in taking so much. However, I don't think it would hurt to do so, provided there are no repercussions from your stomach. Also, fish oil, can report back. So, that is another reason just to check first.

Fish oil and flaxseed oil are not vitamins. You can take pretty much what you want of those, but too much of the fish oil will give you indigestion and possibly diarrhea. But not toxic in any way. Also, vitamin C is non toxic. Again, if you reach something called "bowel tolerance" on vitamin C you can get a diarrhea. So within reason, those three things you have listed are all safe to take a couple of a day with no trouble.

Am I feeding my 7 month old too much solid food?

I have a 7 month old that loooooves to eat. I started her on solids at 6 months. She even throws a fit if we eat in front of her and don't give her something for herself. She isn't fat or anything, I don't think. She probably weighs about 17 1/2 to 18 lbs. The doctor said her weight is normal, but I'm concerned that she isn't getting enough nutrition from her milk because she doesn't get as much as I have read that she needs. She eats five times a day and sleeps about 10 to 11 hours at night. Her feeding schedule is basically as follows: 1st feeding - 4 ounces prune juice mixed with a little water and apple juice (she has had awful battles with constipation and this is the only thing that worked after I took her off of rice cereal) and 4 ounces of formula; 2nd, 3rd and 4th feedings - 1/8 cup mashed vegetable mixed with 1 tbsp of ground chicken and 1/2 tsp of flaxseed, 1/16 cup of mashed fruit, and 3-4 ounces of formula; 5th feeding - 8 ounces of formula. She also likes to have one, maybe two, snacks in between meals, like a little bit of apple or maybe water with a little apple juice. I am very picky about what I feed her. I only give her organic fruits and vegetables that I make myself, and organic formula. She is a pretty happy baby, but does this sound like a normal feeding system for such a young baby? Thanks in advance for your advice! I would ask my mother-in-law, but she drives me CRAZY!!!!! LOL

How long does flaxseed have to cook to reduce possible poisoning? A few minutes, or more than that?

I just bought whole uncooked flaxseed thinking I would put some in my oatmeal before microwaving for two minutes, then found that raw flaxseed has something like poison in it which can cause death. I am concerned about that type of side effect. I read that two tsp per day was ok even if it is raw, but I have no problem cooking it. Just not sure if two min in microwave will be enough. Thanks.

HTC Evo Mail app will not receive yahoo! mail beta emails?

I have an HTC Evo phone and use yahoo mail as my main email account. I have had the mail app provided on the Evo set up to display my yahoo email using the imap/smtp. It has been working with no problems, until today. I am no longer receiving any new yahoo emails ( I can still send ), but if I log in to my yahoo account via the internet I have new emails. The only thing that has changed is that I updated my yahoo mail to use the new Yahoo! Mail Beta. To run a test, I set up a gmail account and another yahoo account that has not been converted over to the new Beta. They are both working fine and I am able to receive and send email. I have tried deleting the account and recreating and all that did was loose all my old emails also. Still cannot receive new emails. I went to the yahoo! mail beta website and tried the imap and smtp settings specified for an android device, but that did not have any affect. Has anyone else encountered this issue or have any ideas on how to fix.

Starting 60 days ago, I began a very strict diet which consisted on a minimum of 600 calories less than i was supposed to get daily. My starting weight being 193.6 with a height of 6'2" and my intake of calories consisting of about 1800 daily. My diet consists of very little fat only which is olive oil or flaxseed oil, lean protien such as chicken, tuna, egg whites, ground turkey, porkloin etc, and my carbohydrate intake consisting of only low sugar fruits such as oranges, vegetables such as yams, and 1 to 2 slices of whole wheat bread daily. In addition, I started weight training two days a week working out legs, chest, triceps. My strength at the gym has increased significantly since I started this routine but my current weight is only about 3.5 to 4 lbs less than when i started. Is it possible that I only lost 3.5 to 4lbs of fat? Or did I lose more than that and my weight didn't change much because I was also increasing my lean muscle mass. Because if I do the calculation: 600 calories x 60 days=36000 divided by 3600 (amount of calories in a pound of fat) =10. I should have lost ten lbs of fat

Ultimately it depends on your overall goal. Flaxseed is good, but also estrogenic... so if you are a man keep it's consumption on the low side. Go for the whey, but remember a rock solid diet is most important and treat supplements as a part of a good diet!!

I'm 15 and take the flaxseed oil soft gels (Nature's Bounty brand) for my eczema, and on the back it says that you adults can take up to 2 to 3 a day. When I was a kid, my mother used to make something she called a "goo cake". It was just a plain sheet cake with a sticky, sweet top. My mother is gone now, but not long ago I found a set of somewhat vague directions she had about how to make it. You bake a plain cake in a 9x13 inch pan. You poke holes in the cake with a fork. You boil together 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of milk and pour it over the cake. What it doesn't say is how long you boil the mixture or how thick or thin the syrup is supposed to be; whether the cake is supposed to be cool or still warm when you pour the syrup over it. How can I lose this weight?

I am 15 years old, 6' 3" and weigh 237lbs with a body fat percentage of 27% and I want to lose as much weight as possible over the summer. I do not drink soda and drink atleast a gallon of water a day with some tea and milk during breakfast and dinner. I take vitamin c, specifically 1000mg of it a day for my immune system and blood, and a flaxseed pill which I believe had something to do with my fibrosis of the liver which I believe is no more. I eat a normal breakfast (cereal, milk, bagels, toast, fruits etc.) I have healthy lunches usually (soup, salads, fruit, light sandwiches, etc...) and my family typically gives me healthy dinners which are broiled grilled or steamed when it comes to it. Chicken and broccoli, fish and rice, dishes that are natural yet flavored by peppers and such. That should about cover any information needed. My question is, how do I lose this weight? I mean my ideal goal would be to lose every percentage of fat but what do I do? Please someone just give me a routine or something to follow any information. I've been working out for about 2 or 3 years now and i've never taken supplements other than protein shakes and a half a bottle of recreate (probably not even, I found it useless). Serious Malware Protection Virus Problem?

I have a virus on my computer called "Malware Protection." It basically runs fake scans with fake results, and tries to get me to enter personal info and buy their software. It's keeping all exe files from running, and I can't get rid of it. I can't even open text documents. I can't open the task manager to shut down this process. I'm only on the internet right now because I'm in safe mode with networking. No scans have picked up on it, including avg, malwarebytes, spybot, and spyhunter. I've looked for the files in the registry, but none of them seem to exist. I searched "malwareprotection" and no results, I looked up online the malware protection registry keys, none of those are in my registry. I've found and deleted all malware protection files, except for a text document which recreates itself every time I delete it. Anyone know of the correct registry entries to delete so I can remove this myself? I'm pretty confident no scan will pick up on this if all four of those others failed.

I can't find my icons, but they're there?!?

My computer caught a virus, which I was able to remove by using safe mode and Malwarebytes, but now I can't find any of my desktop icons. At first, I assumed the virus had just removed them, as it had removed my desktop background and wiped my start menu, but when I tried to recreate some of my folders, it said that that folder already exists. I tried to download Minecraft, and put it on the desktop, and it said that was already there too. The thing is, I don't see these icons, my desktop is barren! Hello world, I have done some research where there were tests done for people who suffer from anxiety/panic/mild/depression, and given 9-10 grams a day with good results for the most part at the end. I myself have been taking 1000mg flaxseed x3 daily and 2400mg fish oil x3 daily. I was wondering if the EPA/DHA is what they were talking about which would be EPA-360mg/DHA-240mg X3 daily for the 2400mg of fish oil. I want to know if I should up the dose or lower it. I also want to hear if anyone else has been using it also.

Questions about College?

I have a few questions about going to college.. I will be a Junior in High School in the upcoming school year, & I have a 3.5 GPA (Might not be important, but just so everyone knows I can get into the college).. I want to be a Registered Nurse which should take me 4 years. However, I have been wondering if I should take 2 years of Houston Community College before I go on to a University because it would save me a lot of money. If I do so, is it possible for me to transfer to LSU from HCC? Also, If that is possible then would I still have 4 years at a LSU? (Obvously i'm hoping not, i'm trying to get years out of the way). Or does taking core classes at a Community College count the same as taking them at a University? Sorry if it all doesn't make sense.. Taking my baby hedgehog on a trip. how do i bring her cage and everything she needs for a long car ride?

Forced Medical Reclass?

I am in the Michigan Army National Guard and I just graduated basic training. In week 7 of bct I fractured my pelvis. I was able to graduate and then following graduation I went home for 30 days on Convelesent leave to have some healing time before AIT. My MOS is 68W (combat medic). After the 30 days I had to go back to Fort Jackson to be outprocessed but first I had to see a physical therapist to get my return to duty orders. They gave me a perment profile (6 months no running) BUT said I was ok to go to Fort Sam Houston for AIT.... when I arrived at Fort Sam and showed the sergeants my profile they immediatley said there's no way i could do medic training and I would have to reclass... The sergeant also gave me a counseling statment stating that I have violated my MOS obligations and when I went to see the National Guard Leasion they said that because I violated my MOS obligations that I won't get to have a choice as to what my new MOS is...I've been told that that is not true though. And I'm not sure how they can say I violated my obligations considering I got injured during bct doing what I was told to do...thier response was "well its not our fault." I've been talking to other soldiers here at AIT and some say I will be a holdover for a long time, anywhere between 3-12 months. I really need some advice, I feel like I'm being messed with and I won't allow them to do that. I feel I should have say in my new MOS and I couldn't imagine being a holdover for that long...Any advice would be much appreciated...Should I talk to JAG? I'm just looking for any information as possible. Also my battle buddy here is in the exact situation with me, we went to bct together and have the same stress fracture and are together here at AIT, only difference is that she is Active First National Guard so she is being processed as active. Is this diet ok to lose weight and train?

No. You need WAY more protein in that diet if you want to build any muscle. And you need WAY less carbs to lose all that weight. Muscle can't grow without lots of complete proteins. That means animal protein or whey protein shakes. If you're not eating WHEY protein shakes, then you're not getting any complete proteins and it's all pointless. Also, almond butter?? That's nothing, as well as incomplete protein. You should be eating, like, 150g of complete protein a day if you want to build any muscle at all. So you need whey protein shakes, chicken, beef, fish, eggs, and then lots of green veggies like spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, romaine lettuce, zucchini, peppers, celery, cucumber. Ditch the fruit too. It's just high in sugar. Take vitamin C pills instead. But flax is great. High fiber without carbs. Maybe cook proteins with it or something. Not very tasty though. Pretty gross in fact. I suggest just taking Benefibre instead.

It doesn't sound like very much. Do you have to have exactly 6 almonds? That's not much. I'd say have some more almonds, the banana and make your porridge with soy or almond milk to get more protein(soy) and nutrients.
