Can I take 2 1200mg flaxseed oil soft gels a day?

I'm 15 and take the flaxseed oil soft gels (Nature's Bounty brand) for my eczema, and on the back it says that you adults can take up to 2 to 3 a day. But since I'm not exactly an adult and whatnot I'm curious. I normally just take 1 in the morning, but I feel like that's not enough... Does anybody know if I can take 2 a day (1 in the morning and 1 at night)?
