Im losing it seriously?
ive recently been exercising 7 days out of the week with p90x i also recently started eating 5 small meals throught the day but every time i eat i feel this guilt like eee i shouldnt have eaten that i mean its not like im eating unhealthy i try to have 5 fruit servings a day i tend to stay away from meat and sweets and anything high in unhealthy fats usually start my day off with a bowl of oatmeal with some grinded flaxseed and half a grapefruit then for a snack a fruit or protein bar and for lunch just a sandwich with tons of veggies on whole wheat bread and a fruit or salads whenever i dont have bread then before i work out i usually have a pre workout snack either a energy bar(clif bar or nugo) or a fruit bananna or cantaloupe or some raisins or dates i walk around at school usually climbing up the stairs in each hall then make big circles around the school and repeat as many times as i can in between classes and after im done eating at lunch too we usually have 10 mins to get to class when the bell rings but i try to walk around at least for 7 min leaving 3 mins to get to class in class and on the bus and whenever im sitting down i tend to keep tapping my foot and moving them lately ive been getting really stressed i guess you can say about this idk whats happening in my head but i need a solution or a answer or some help also i just ate a bowl of quinoa and some grinded flaxseed sprinkled on top with some tofu mixed in and i made the rest of the container of tofu in mixed it in a blender along with some cocoa mix and eat that to dang i feel like i over eat after my workout =(
