Better school for pharmacy?

I will be applying for pharmacy school this year. I live in Texas and the obvious best pharmacy school in Texas, is in Austin. I have a 3.5 GPA, and if that is not good enough to get into UT, which is the second best in-state choice? I figure its either the University of Houston or Texas Tech.
