Does Mane n' Tail shampoo promote hair growth?

It does promote hair growth. However, it doesn't make your hair grow faster. It does make your hair healthier and stronger because Main n' Tail doesn't have a huge amount of preservatives in it. That's the brand I use and my hair looks good. Then again, I'm a guy so maybe it's different for girls?
