That should be OK, just don't over do it! Don't take these herbal things they got out there that will effect your liver and kidneys! But good job taking the vitamins also if your a young women you should be taking vidamin D and Calcium,like (Caltrate with the vitamin D) cause in the winter you don't get the vitamines from the light and sun that you need! also very good for growth and strong bones!! Very Good!! Good Job!!
