Christians, what's the most effective way to reverse human progress and recreate the Dark Ages?

Well, the Dark Ages were caused by the fall of Rome. So I suppose the fall of America will contribute towards it. Also, throw in there a few Plague outbreaks, get rid of our sanitary system, and let's get some overpopulation going. That should do the trick.
