How do you change your location on xbox live?

You know how you clock on a profile and it says 'united states' or 'canada' or italy or whatever really fast than switches to your motto? How can i get mine to say like New zealand or switzerland? Is this possible? would i have to recreate a new email with those locations and make a new gamertag?
