Is there a natural alternative to fish oil, that has similar benefits but that doesn't cause insomnia?
I've been trying fish oil the past few weeks and I love the benefits - I have more energy, confidence, feel happier and can concentrate better. The problem is I don't sleep well on it, I fall asleep at around 1 and wake at 5 or 6 in the morning. I've tried flaxseed oil and krill oil and different brands of fish oil but I have the same problem on all of them. I also like Evening primrose oil but dont find it as beneficial..does anyone know of an alternative natural product that has similar effects? Cheers:)
