I have been taking Fish Oil and Flaxseed Oil for Anxiety/panic/mild depression?

Hello world, I have done some research where there were tests done for people who suffer from anxiety/panic/mild/depression, and given 9-10 grams a day with good results for the most part at the end. I myself have been taking 1000mg flaxseed x3 daily and 2400mg fish oil x3 daily. I was wondering if the EPA/DHA is what they were talking about which would be EPA-360mg/DHA-240mg X3 daily for the 2400mg of fish oil. I want to know if I should up the dose or lower it. I also want to hear if anyone else has been using it also.
