Tickets for a showgrounds vans warped tour?

okay so my friend bought me a ticket to the vans warped tour show at the sam houston showgrounds sam houston rage park. we thought that we were gonna be able to print the tickets but instead gave us a confirmation number and she is the only on that can pick it up(she cant go) what to do?!
