Anyone know if vpx meltdown works. is what im doing healthy?
im currently on the slimfast 321 diet. i rotate my 500 calorie meal between breakfast and lunch. i take daily multivitamine, b6, ripped fuel metabolic enhancer, fish oil and flaxseed oil. i run atleast 20 mins everyday followed by lifting and take gold standard 100% whey after as one of my daily snacks. i try and eat 2 hours apart between everymeal and snack. i want to tighten up and build while burning fat. i also drink tons of water, skim milk in moderation for cereal. i have a bottle of vpx meltdown capsules. would you reccommend taking them?also on dayswhere i blow my diet and eat like crap ill take a laxative to get it all out and startover.
