2011 WWE Raw World Tour- Houston, TX?

I wanted to know what do you do at WWE Raw World Tours? It's gotta be different from regular Raw because of its' "World Tour". Do you get to meet and greet superstars? Buy merchandise? Will they film it? What is so special about WWE Raw World Tours? I am planning to purchase a ticket, but if it's just like a regular Raw, then maybe not. Please anyone that has been to one, help me out?
