Is this diet ok to lose weight and train?

No. You need WAY more protein in that diet if you want to build any muscle. And you need WAY less carbs to lose all that weight. Muscle can't grow without lots of complete proteins. That means animal protein or whey protein shakes. If you're not eating WHEY protein shakes, then you're not getting any complete proteins and it's all pointless. Also, almond butter?? That's nothing, as well as incomplete protein. You should be eating, like, 150g of complete protein a day if you want to build any muscle at all. So you need whey protein shakes, chicken, beef, fish, eggs, and then lots of green veggies like spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, romaine lettuce, zucchini, peppers, celery, cucumber. Ditch the fruit too. It's just high in sugar. Take vitamin C pills instead. But flax is great. High fiber without carbs. Maybe cook proteins with it or something. Not very tasty though. Pretty gross in fact. I suggest just taking Benefibre instead.
