You should be asking your county Housing Authority or city housing in Houston that question. How would we know? Sometimes when they close, they open for a period of time each year but they dont advertise it or they'd be flooded with thousands of peple. You have to keep calling to find out. You should try another county Housing Authority which is taking applications in your state and put your application in.
