Eczema treatments ?:.........@.....~?

what are some effective eczema treatments for nummular? I have no food allergies, i use all unscented products on my body and cloths and bedding. my doctor told me to start takin a muli vitamin, b complex, vitamin d3 2000iu and mega red. anything else to add? oh and is mega red 300mg better then flaxseed oil 1000mg
