I am a 46 yr old woman and I have very dry skin. My doctor recommended I take a fish oil supplement but the pills are huge and hard to swallow not to mention that they leave a fishy smell on your breathe or worse, you burp them all day. So, I did some research and I read that taking flaxseed oil supplements was just as good. Is this correct? I have no trouble taking the flaxseed oil and no bad aftertaste but I want to make sure it's doing what I need it to. Any info would be great!
