Was this alright to eat today?
I'd really try to start incorporating less fake proteins in your diet. Legumes, beans and such are great sources of protein. You can easily make your own veggie burgers. I would say that you don't have enough vegetables in your day. It looks like you've only had about 3 servings (I don't know how much spinach you had). So could up your vegetable intake by a LOT. Add some fruit to your breakfast. Dried or fresh. Learn what a serving of fruits and vegetables is that way you aren't short changing yourself. It's not bad overall. Yes, you could add oatmeal if you wanted but you could also do an apple and some peanut butter or almond butter. Protein and green veggies keep you fuller longer so I'd recommend fruit and protein before bed.
