I'm working out everyday for an hour 5 miles of cardio included for a month how long should it take to see?
some results? I am going on Spring Break in a month and I'm currently about 5'10 185 lbs...i want to lose around 10 lbs off my lower abdominal area basically love handles by then. I really watch what I eat and for a typical day all I have is basically a cup of coffee with no sugar, tea, lots of water and one big dinner such as bourbon chicken with white rice. I take vitamins and fish/flaxseed/olive oil as well in pill form. I do 5 miles of cardio on a bike per day and work out for around 1 hour everyday. Assuming I keep this up for a full month, what should my results be on average?
