I called someone in houston and said I have a problem. They didn't help. What the hell is their problem ther?

Apparently their problem is that they didn't get the memo that the world revolved around you. Some people are just misinformed like that. I wouldn't let it bother you. Just continue doing what your doing and school will be back in session before you know it.
