How much flaxseed oil should i take?

hi. I am a 26 year old female whos been suffering from eczema my whole life. about three years ago i started breaking out with round patches all over my body. after a little research i found out it was nummular eczema. I heard a lot of good things about flaxseed oil and was wondering how much should i take. the brand i bought is spring valley. and they are 1000mg softgels. other than my eczema i am a healthy female. thank you for your time.
