HELP!! is my true religion jeans fake? got it from an outlet store?

Outlet jeans are the exact same as the store brand, except that they may have slight damage or a misprint. Outlets do not sell products that are noticeably damaged. It is the same product that they sell in the store. They get them from the factory directly.
